Qsell  is an online oil paintings store that provides only 100% hand painted oil paintings at great prices. We guarantee our oil paintings to be exactly as presented in auction description ( we make original digital images for every painting that we put for an auction) and to be in perfect condition.  
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return it  to us in original condition within 10 days of receipt for a  refund of the auction bid price.  50% of the shipping & handling fee will be refunded as well !

No sales taxes will be charged. Sales taxes included in our fixed shipping and handling fee.

$25 to US domestic, $27 to Canada and $33 anywhere else in the world.  We Combine Shipping - the shipping price of each additional item is $20 when items are shipped together.   Buyers must contact us within 10 days after closing, otherwise we reserve a right to cancel the orders or bids.
The shipping and handling fees are not just freight or postage.  The shipping and handling fees include a lot of expenses such as packaging, labor, material, insurance, listing, transaction, finalized fees and etc besides freight: The S/H charges include the following:
Charges for shipping/insurance painting from country of origin ( Italy, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Spain, Canada etc.) to our gallery in California; ALL import fees and Duties on the painting as it comes into the US;
ALL shipping materials costs and Labor costs; and lastly, shipping/insurance from our gallery in California out to your location. S/H charges cover all the above.  Please don't place an order or a bid from us if not understanding our price structure or trying to negotiate after closing.
  Please review our ratings first and you will find out that all of our paintings worth every penny that our customers had paid.

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you do not receive an email after ordering, it's likely that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email us at qsell@qseller.com to verify if your order has been received.  We will send you emails to update the order status.  Also You may  call/fax at (714) 508-7583

Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days for original paintings on canvas. Orders with stretching (and) framing will be shipped within 4 business days.  If something happened, i.e. payment problem , we will resend an email to you for the order status.

Once the order is placed, packages are sent via FedEx,  UPS, or post office. All domestic shipments are being insured and followed with email notifications with shipping date, tracking number and expected delivery.  For full details on specific shipping options and costs, please check product descriptions.
